Tim was excellent, he had great product knowledge. The salesman was not in the least pushy which was very refreshing. We looked at a lot of mattresses, glad to say he wasn't trying to push the most expensive. He left us when needed and recommended alternatives when necessary. Would highly recommend your team.

The assistant took the time to understand what I needed, wasn't pushy but was available to answer all my questions, was patient with my son, who needed a new mattress and had us in and out, necessary purchase made with no fuss. Very good.

Tim spent as much time as I needed in order to choose my bed. He explained the different types of bed/matresses etc. He let me make my own mind up and did not give the 'hard sell'. He was very friendly and helpful.
