We had loads of information and help when asking about different products and prices! Highly recommended for product and service. Really professional service given.

Very friendly but non pushy service from a lovely chap called Tim. He helped us make the best choice for us without being pushy or trying to talk us into anything.

Richard was very knowledgeable on the variety of mattresses in the store. We told him our requirements and he did his best to accommodate us. Richards advice was honest and appropriate to our needs. His manner was friendly and approachable.

As soon as we entered the store, we were warmly greeted by Tim...who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional without being salesy... He explained the layout of the store, found out what we needed and served us promptly and politely...Tim is a treasure to Caerphilly store and an asset to Dreams. Will definitely recommend and be back to see Tim again...well done.

We were served by Richard who was genuinely interested in helping us and wasn't pushy as some salespeople can be . If I was buying a bed again I would use this store and ask for Richard

We had excellent service. And Richard our sales man was fab suggesting we try as many different beds and mattresses as we wanted very warm welcome and speedy but good service

Assistance from staff was very good, providing knowledge of the beds and intervening only when required to give informative advice. The order was placed in a timely manner with sale incentives provided in order to ensure the sale. Thorough explanation of delivery options and terms and conditions of the purchase. Personal touch and a sales assistant who is obviously passionate about working for the company.

I was served by Richard,he was most helpful to me and my daughter.I have a disability and find it difficult to walk.He directed us to the lift as some of the beds I wanted to see were upstairs..he left us to look at our leisure and made suggestions to the type of bed I was looking for. I was very pleased with the service I had.
