No pressure sales friendly knowledgeable staff who listened to our needs and walked us through various options. We did not feel rushed or pressured and we're given time alone to consider the available options. Eventually the store manager Steven was able to provide a deal which was affordable and fulfilled our wishes for a new bed. overall we were extremely pleased with our visit to the store and it was the attitude and warm welcome of the staff that convinced us to make a purchase, and obviously the great deal that Steven offered.

Dave was amazing, he was friendly, very noligable, and he the time to spend with us.

Tim the sales advisor who attented us was EXCELLENT with his advice and was able to answer all our questions.he showed us several beds and advised us to test them. We have bought beds from your company in the past and been really happy with them.after 51years of marriage that has to be a good recomendation.so thank you Timand thank you Dreams.looking forward to our delivery.mr noel jones

Assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable, spent time showing me the different items available leaving me to make up my own mind and not too pushy.

Richard was very helpful with helping us buy a bed for our son friendly not pushy even offered us a cupa!
