Friendly sales advisor. Excellent product knowledge. Having bought a mattress from dreams previously the sales advisor was able to find the mattress I bought 5 years ago and recommend a similar one

I was totally satisfied with the service and knowledge of your staff who were totally efficient, helpful and made the task of choosing the products I required more pleasant . The store had a great variety of goods, containing a large choice of quality goods.

Richard was extremely helpful but not over powering. Great product knowledge showing us the sofa beds and demonstrating how they worked. Made a wonderful cup of tea and this was served with super banter and interesting jokes about his wife. Anybody who is served by Richard will feel at home immediately in the world of dreams and be assured of a great purchase at a super price. I have visited many shops in order to buy a sofa bed and I can safely say that Richard was by far the best. You need to keep hold of this employee as his representation of your store is outstanding.

Customer service advisor was knowledgeable about all products and remained impartial throughout the selection process.

David the salesman was very helpful and provided expert advice.the mattress was delivered on time in good condition.

Amazing customer service, shop was clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful, we managed to find the perfect bed and mattress thanks to Richard who helped us by telling us about the deals and the prices. Felt very welcome from the moment we walked in to the store.

Tim spent a lot of time with us and did not rush us at all. We tried several beds on several occasions to make quite sure we were getting the best bed for our needs. Steve served us an excellent cup of coffee and asked whether we would like a renewal. We bought half price bedding and getting home decided it is excellent value so I telephoned and ordered some more paying with my debit card. We chose this store because of its excellent reviews and are really pleased we did. Tim's excellent knowledge of each bed was a great help especially as I plied him with so many questions and he was very patient with me.
