Your Caerphilly store price matched me with another store so very satisfied. This is my second big purchase from this store since last year.

We were actually going to shop somewhere else but thought we would just take a quick look. As always the salesman approached fairly early but then (as we prefer) left us to it. The quality of the products kept us in the shop so we approached Richard with a specific question. Highly knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. He was able to point out some options we had missed. He showed us some great bargains on mattresses and went through some background on the company that made one in particular. All the time helpful and in no way " in our face". Outcome - we purchased the mattress for our daughter - photographed the shortlist for her bed (thanks for pointing out the photo idea) to send on to her, decided to purchase a quality mattress for ourselves even though ours is only a couple of years old and even bought a new duvet set. Soon as our daughter has chosen her bed we will be back. Nicely laid out store - bright and airy. Your salesman made this an excellent experience All in all excellent and it not often you can say that when parting with over £600!

We were served by Steve who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us around the shop floor and explained the difference between the mattresses . He allowed us to try out as many mattresses and pillows as we wished and was never far away ready to offer advice when we needed it. We are very happy with our purchases and the whole Dreams experience.

Good product and helpful staff, Tim in particular was excellent.
