A gentleman called Steve dealt with us and he was very professional and understood my specific needs with regards to a new mattress. I have three bulging discs in my neck and he was extremely helpful with explaining what each mattress did. We had bought our original mattress nine years ago and he had sold us that one as well. I am waiting to take delivery of my new mattress on the 25 March so hopefully that will be ok. Overall I was very pleased with the service we received that day.

Steve greeted me when I entered the shop and talked me through my purchase showing me different options and allowing me time to make the right decision. The whole purchase experiance was easy and I will certainly be using Dreams next time we need to purchase a bed or mattress.

The store was spotless and it was apparent from the outset that the staff took a great pride in their shop. The staff were well presented, helpful, and made the whole experience very pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Dreams store as it is a real credit to the manager who obviously has got the whole buying experience down to a fine art. Da iawn!

Staff amazing .. Tim helped myself & my son choose a mattress & bed for my son. I even had a cup of tea. Great service.

The service myself and my daughter recieved was exellent. The gentleman who dealt with us was very nice and patient and as i am 83yrs old that mention a lot to me.

Welcomed when we came in, explained the colour system on the beds, and then showed us exactly what we wanted. We were served by a very competent member of staff.
