David and his colleagues were very helpful and were not pushy in selling the products and gave us the best deal where possible.

Tim was very helpful without being 'pushy'. A lovely friendly knowledgeable guy and nothing was too much trouble in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Steve the manager was equally as friendly. We were offered tea and coffee by a few members of staff. Our intentions was to shop around at a nearby store but didn't feel the need. Well done dreams of Caerphilly. 100% satisfied.

Tim was excellent - not forceful at all, but informative and there to answer any questions. He also gave us a good deal on an ex-display mattress. Very happy with the service.

We were assisted by Steve who was very knowledgable and was not pushy. He asked us what we were looking for and we explained, Steve then advised us to try out a few beds before making a decision, we found the bed we liked and also Steve (being a good salesman) advised us to try a Tempur pillow, this added to the comfort of the bed as well so we purchased 2! My husband told Steve to wake him when the shop was closing he was that comfortable. Overall it was a pleasure to visit the store and by the way - Steve makes a cracking cup of coffee!!!

The service was very friendly and courteous, despite it being toward the end of what was no doubt a long day for the sales staff.

Whenever we visit the store Steve the manager couldn't be more helpful, We dealt with Tim on this visit and Steve always comes over to greet us and offer us Coffee

The sales person was empathetic to our needs and looked at the best way of meeting our requirements.

The assistant directed us to the products requested and also went through various other options.As well as being helpful, he also offered us a hot drink and later a glass of water for me as I was losing my voice. We did not feel hurried or pushed into making a decision. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
