We had a lovely assistant, Derry Hart, helping us & he was so pleasant and willing to help that we just felt compelled to purchase then & there rather than shop around as we had intended.

Salesman was very helpful and polite, as usual high standards in all areas this being at least the fifth bed we have purchased from Dreams.

Great customer service . Dee had a time to show us around. We did not feel rushed or pressurised.

We visited with our two children and were greeted by Dee. She was wonderful, made us feel at ease, was brilliant with the children allowing them to sit on beds and read whilst we looked at the products we were interested in. She was very busy with lots of people coming into the store, but made a massive effort to ensure that we felt supported in our choices. Mainly though we were thrilled with how lovely she was to our young and boisterous girls.

Dee was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did not feel pressurised at all to buy a bed but we did so because we have had a mattress from Dreams before and highly satisfied. Personal service. Staff obviously reassuring and well trained. Also the representative for the type of mattress was at the store so was very helpful

From the moment we walked through the door an assistant called Dee came to us and from there helped right through the process and helped so much so that I could make an informed decision. Yes our order was on the expensive side but I believe in you get what you pay for.

My partner and I were very impressed with Dee, she carefully explained everything we asked of her. She was very pleasant knowledgeable and very well presented. She also offered us water, tea or coffee. We were highly impressed with her.
