Very professional staff very friendly also.I noticed throughout my visit to the store they greeted every single customer with a friendly HELLO which is something that is not seen everywhere.I work with the public myself and treat every customer with the attitude that i expect myself.Your team at Caerphilly do that in abundance.No pushy sale which many firms insist on they just make you feel very comfortable and not preasured into buying.Dreams as a company should be very proud of your team in Caerphilly they do you proud.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience with Dreams because as soon as I entered the store I was approached by a friendly and helpful member of staff called Dave. Dave was very helpful when I explained to him the type of bed I was looking for. I didn't feel pressurised into buying anything, I found I was spoilt for choice and was in bed heaven. I had a cup of coffee as well which made me feel more relaxed and at home. I would recommend Dreams to anyone, due to the level of Customer Service and the quality of beds they have for sale. Can't wait to get my new bed, when it arrives we have paid for it to be assembled, all we have to do is make the bed. Thanks Dreams

It was made so much eaiser because your employee Was so polite and helpful. Put my order through ASAP and made a stressful time because I'm moving House much eaiser for me. He was helpful, patient and very good at his job. Have always bought all my beds from dreams.

This is our third visit to purchase items in 6 moths at your Caerphilly Store, this time we only popped in to browse mattresses but ended up buying a Tempura from the clearance as it was such a good deal - once again thank you

I have visited Dreams in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality of goods purchased together with the friendliness of the staff. On this visit I knew that I needed to renew my existing bed but was not totally sure what type of bed I required. The member of staff named Tim came to my assistance and was amazing. He was not 'pushy' as some sales people tend to be. He was very informative and afforded my wife and I as much time as we required but also gave us time alone to try out the different types on offer and to discuss the amount that we wanted to pay. when we came to place the order and pay Tim explained the delivery options and the 8 year service plan which we decided to go for as it seem such a good product. We await delivery of the new bed and hope we are pleased with this bed as we have been with previous beds purchased from Dreams. Finally I would like to thank Tim for making my wife and I feel at ease, taking the time to show us the beds on offer and making the experience a pleasant one.

The sales assistant could not do a enough to help every question we ask he had a very good answer for us nothing was to much for him would use this shop again ig only all shops were like this dreams should be proud to have staff like this .

The sales person was very good gave us time to view, discuss and make a decision without pressurising us. Brilliant

Our assistant Richard was very helpful and friendly. He did not appear to push us into buying above our means and made the experience pleasant. The delivery date had to be changed on our request and this was easy to arrange with a phone call to the store.
