Dreams - Caerphilly

I am very picky when it comes to beds, the size, colour head board etc, and Tim(918A010459) was very helpful in helping me find the right bed, very good customer service, very happy customer.

I told the assistant what i needed and he guided me through the buying process simply and easily , no hassle or hard sell , once a sales person becomes pushy , i am out of there..! This was not the case on my visit , all done very professionally , and the cup of coffee was much appreciated...!

I felt very comfortable in the store..David that works in the caerphilly store was great..not pushy but very attentive! .would definately recommend to family and friends

The salesman was very helpful, He showed us various sofa beds and how they worked and the materials that they came in.

Quick and efficient staff not overselling

The standard of service that I experienced at the store was wonderful and the assistants were so helpful, even offering me a lovely cup of tea. I shall definitely be visiting that store again in the not too distant future.

The customer service guy met us once asked if we wanted a tea or coffee, then let us browse Dream's products with out hindrance i.e let us look round without following us around, until we spoke to him about our choices for purchase. The order was placed and he explained about delivery, build at home by Dreams and the bed insurance for 8 years.

The sales men approached us on entering the store and asked if we'd like some help and what we are looking for. He was friendly and helpful and showed us a range of mattresses to find the one best for us. We tried out the mattresses before settling on the one we liked. We checked on the cost of finance and sorted the purchase.

I visited the store on two occasions, the first was at 6pm on Monday 11th January. Me an my partner were served by an extremely friendly gentleman called Richard. He was very patient with my constant mind changing and asking questions. He spent the hour before closing with us sometimes having to pop off to serve others which was fine with us. He helped choose a bed that suited my needs as I'm expecting my first child and would like lots of storage and he also explained the insurance process to us. The next day I came into purchase after checking my finances and was served by David. By this point I knew exactly what I wanted (thank god) and he processed my order with ease. Very satisfied. Please thank both members of the team.

Staff were very friendly and polite. We were greeted within seconds of stepping into the store. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered with ease and understanding.
