I was really pleased that the bed I had looked at on line was on view in my local store

What I found was a very helpful salesman who was friendly,informative and very important to me was that he was not pushy,showing us products from varying price ranges and he offered us refreshments which is always a nice touch.

The assistant was very helful in advising me as to what would best suit my needs

Very helpful assistance with plenty of knowledge and simple explanations. Given plenty of time to choose very airy pleasant store. Good experience.

Tim was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He helped us pick the perfect mattress for us, and his knowledge was brilliant.

Richard was very helpful gave us time to look around the store he also showed us different grades of mattress also the young boy made a nice cup of coffee if I need another new bed I would go back to the store in Caerphilly they were very helpful.

Was given a warm welcome on entering dreams with offer of a tea or coffee. The colour system was explained which made it easier when looking for our mattress. Very friendly staff

The customer service from David was excellent as was his knowledge of the products and services Dreams offers. He was very helpful, allowing me time to process the information and to decide on which of the many mattresses I would like to buy. Also I didn't feel pressured to buy which is important to me as I have special requirements due to a long term injury and need a particular quality of mattress.
