Staff were not pushy but at the same time available when needed and very knowledgeable .

Good offers. Knowledgeable customer advisor whilst not being pushy and giving us time to make decisions. This is third purchase from the store.

From the moment we stepped into the store we were greeted i n a courteous, friendly yet professional manner. We stated our needs and the salesman took us through the whole range of products that satisfied our need. Refreshments were made available, all our questions answered to our satisfaction and, most importantly, no sales pressure applied. The staff member we dealt with was extremely efficient.

I visited the store previously and spoke with an assistant called Tim and although I said I was only browsing at this point he still willingly gave me all the information I required to make an informed purchase without any pressure and it was because of this I returned to this store to make my purchase as this was not my experience on visiting some rival company's. On entering the store I was cheerfully greeted by an assistant and walked straight to a seated assistants desk who I now know to be called David who swiftly assisted me with my purchase ! I have already received a courtesy text about my delivery on the 5th Jan, excellent service so far !

Assistance received was very good and not over bearing in any way. All staff spoken with were very welcoming and helpful

The staff never feel rushed and the store is quite relaxing.
