Dreams - Caerphilly

We entered the Caerphilly store late in the evening not knowing what time the store closed. The assistant Steve was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us, we spent over an hour trying bed after bed until we found one with Steves recommendation that suited us. We were in there that long we were even offered a cup of coffee. We eventually bought a tempur mattress and base and left the store after about 2 hours. I'm sure Steve was late home that night. We have had our bed for a week now and I got to say Steve was absolutely right, it's great and we are so glad we purchased our tempur bed.

The staff were very knowledgeable and when I wanted a certain item that wasn't available I was offered a better option for a similar price.

Richard was very good, he greeted us on entry but left us to wonder around and look in our own time. He came back to us intermittently to check we were okay. Answered our questions completely. Friendly but not pushy. Gave us good advice , hence made this purchase.
