Sales assistant Dee was very helpful and knowledgeable, we fort that we were given the time and space to make the right decision for us, but also we're able to ask questions when needing too. When processing the order Dee made us aware of the offers on products to go with the bed but did it in a way that was not pushy but useful and we did purchase new bedding because of this. We would not have if Dee did not make us aware.

Dee was fabulous from start to finish. She introduced us to the sleep machine to see which mattress would suit the both of us. She talked us through and showed us different ones which were compatible. She had a great sense of humour and made us feel right at home. Dee was very clear and very efficient in answering our questions which we had. We loved the fact that she wasn’t pushy for a sale and she made us smile whilst leaving the shop and all the way home. Thank you Dee for a successful shopping trip. Will definitely return and recommend others to Dreams!

Derry was very keen to help, he went the extra mile in ensuring we got what we needed. Both Derry and the store manager listened and did not try to push products we did not need. Thanks to Derry we got what we needed.

Put our needs first and understood what our needs were and the lady Dee that helped us pick the mattress was very helpful and full of knowledge of all the products they have in the Caerphilly store and it’s nice to hear that she has bought a mattress from dreams and it’s also nice to get first hand information on how someone else is enjoying the mattress that we bought also
