Dreams - Caerphilly

The staff were lovely the woman was friendly with me and my kids the guys were playing with my boys and laughing it was really enjoyable time as we could try beds in peace as my 3 boys run around with the safe in your Store. Most places we went to moaned at us about our kids running around. but you guys were fantastic. We found what we wanted and paid in full. Definitely be back again as knowing my kids with jumping on my bed like trampoline we need a new one again lol

I was served by Dee and Allan in the store. Dee approached first, I discussed my needs whilst Allan was finishing another task and then he showed me the suitable beds once I'd taken the sleep test. I wasn't badgered, it was immensely relaxed and both were so friendly. I was allowed to take my time, their advice and knowledge was superb and I would happily return to them both. They are an asset to the company... Thank you both!

The sales assistant Richard was very helpful, (but wasn’t to pushy) he had excellent knowledge of all the products he showed my husband and I. He definitely knew his stuff. I would recommend a friend or relative to ask for him as he was extremely helpful..

served by ALUN in Caerphilly Store , Gallagher Retail Park , Caerphilly CF83 3GX very polite , Knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. listened to what we had to say and made suggestions we were happy to comply with. never felt we were pushed into something we were not happy with excellent stress free service 😊 Not so happy with 1) Hypnos beds not available in store ... not even one to have a look at !!! if it wasn't for the fact that i knew Hypnos beds are approx 11+ week delivery anyway (according to various sources) i would have walked out of the store !! 2) It should be made clear that TheraPur is a brand exclusive to Dreams !!! the brand as good as it is is pushed hard by Dreams , it should be explained why !!!!!

We arrived at Dreams Caerphilly to buy a quality bed on a budget. After around 5 minutes of looking, a staff member, Richard, came to assist us with our needs. Richard helped a lot as we were in the complete wrong section for our needs. He also gave knowledge of products that we hadn't known prior to buying bed. He was courteous and so helpful. I will be recommending Dreams Caerphilly and Richard to anyone who will listen.

Brilliant staff service , very helpful and not pushy

I am very pleased and highly satisfied with the visit while I went to the Caerphilly store. The guy that served me his name was “Alun” he was very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have done enough for myself and my partner, we both felt very comfortable and relaxed while at the store and he also went above and beyond and made sure that we was going to be comfortable with our new bed that we purchased. As at the counter going through all the details we was offered bottles of water and he was also very understanding with everything. I’ve already recommended friends and family to head on down to the store and they are also very happy with their service too. Very happy customer indeed. Many thanks.

Great experience while choosing a bed and mattress that was right for me and the lady helping me find the right bed and mattress was very knowledgeable and polite and couldn't do enough for me. This was the Caerphilly store and her name was Dee. Order placed and can't wait to receive my new bed. Thanks Dee and Dreams.

We were attended to by Dee who explained the process of choosing a mattress and then showed us the recommended ones. She took particular notice of my wife's allergy to wool and helped us find a mattress to suit. She was very friendly and had a professional attitude to the task. Top marks from us .
