Dreams - Caerphilly

Felt very welcome we were offered a cup of coffee and the people who worked there were friendly

at my visit at dream in Caerphilly today, i was severed by a very nice gentleman called David he was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of bed and bedroom sales, told him the sort of thing we were looking for and price range he show us a selection of beds and told us all the information we needed to know to help us make our choose very helpful gentleman very happy with the service will highly recommend the dreams store in Caerphilly. We purchased the bed we wanted and the sales man was extremely polite and helpful.

It was lovely to b greeted by Tim when we entered the store. He was pleasant, cheerful and very helpful. We were given the chance to test the mattresses that fitted our needs. There was no high pressure sales tactics which we both found impressive. Tim asked about our needs and listened to our replies then showed us the goods that matched our needs. This was really nice because it puts me off a purchase when someone tries to sell me something that I don't need or want or just because it is the most expensive in the shop. We will definitely return to our Dreams shop if we need any thing else and we've already recommended this shop to some friends. The service was top notch! Thank you.

David was very helpful and answered all our questions. Very impressed with how inviting the showroom was.

The staff were very friendly and Tim remembered us from 2 years ago which I thought was amazing. Stayed with us until we made our choice and was not pushy which I like.

we paid a visit to buy a matress for the second time from dreams & went to two other stores then came back for more information & was pleased with advice so we bought.from dreams.

We had an amazing experience at the Caerphilly Dreams store. From beginning to end the salesman, Tim ,proved to have an outstanding knowledge of all beds on display. He patiently guided us through the various options which would suit us best. Recovering from a recent knee replacement, he made sure of my comfort throughout - a real gentleman !! Also, we are thrilled with the offer of being able to change the mattress if not suitable. We would definitely use Dreams again and wont hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I went to the store last week to look and found the staff very helpful , I then went to various other shops for comparison and decided that I would re visit as I was impressed with the quality and knowledge of your staff , I also liked the feeling that the staff were non pushy in their help . We also had purchased our other bed many years ago from the store , so am very happy with the help and service I received and would be very happy to recommend .
