Richard was helpful friendly and enthusiastic even offered us a cup of tea/coffe. He explained the different products available and gave us plenty of time to "try out" mattresses before we selected ours.

Steve was helpful and gave us time to decide. Due to short time moving in to new home showed us what beds were available to us ready for when we move it.

Richard had excellent product knowledge, knew exactly the sort of thing we were looking for. He helped us out with putting together a bundle. My boyfriend & I went in looking for a matress for our new house, & we ended up leaving with a matress, bed frame, sofa bed for the spare room, a duvet, matress topper & two pillows! There was no pressure-selling from him, & he let us come to conclusions by ourselves, but still assisting us when we needed it. I wouldn't have gone elsewhere, & won't go elsewhere in the future providing the delivery process is as smooth as the purchasing process was. Excellent customer service & a very clean store.
