Friendly staff and very helpful.

Was approached straight away as soon as i entered store. Colleague very help full gave us lots of advise. And all colleagues were nice and cheerfull and affered us refreshments on our visit while we were waiting for order to be sorted.

I have purchased items previously and was very impressed with the quality of the products and the high level of customer service. This visit and purchase was no different. Extremely pleased.

Richard the sales assistant was very helpful, friendly and had a very good knowledge of all the products available.

The person who helped us was a total gentleman he took time to show us products that we asked for and explained the newest products that were now available since our last bed purchase, he offered us bedding which was appreciated as some items were in the sale. We also took out the insurance and received a mattress protector . The delivery date was exactly what we were looking for and the gentleman also explained what to do if we were in satisfied with our purchase which was really helpful as I believe this to be belief in your products. We had children with us and when we were deciding on which mattress to purchase the gentleman showed our children a video ( bed display) which kept them occupied and gave us five minutes to discuss our purchase in peace . Overall couldn't ask for a better sakes man as he seemed to know his customers needs very well .
