What a delightful experience buying a new mattress. Products well presented in the the store, and the knowledge of the salesman Richard was extremely helpful. From the offers of tea or coffee, to the demonstrations of how the different mattresses functioned really helped in us making in our decission. Can't wait now to try out our new mattress. The collegues assistance was amazing, very friendly very helpful and made my visit enjoyable.

The sales person was very helpful and friendly. He explained to us that we could exchange the mattress if my husband found it uncomfortable. This is important as he has been unwell with kidney cancer and has related bone and muscle problems.
