Very happy with the gentleman who assisted my son and I when looking for and purchasing a mattress for my son. He was able to give us lots of advice and information about the various mattresses we looked at. He was very polite and friendly. Also, he wasn't a 'pushy' salesman, which I liked. Sometimes, when purchasing an item, sales representatives don't give me enough time to look around and think about the item I'm spending my money on. I've experienced this at various shops over the years.

We were highly satisfied with the way we were dealt with the sales person took his time in helping us chose the bed we required also showing us different options we would certainly come back this our second bed from you and would recommend your company with no problem

Friendly knowledgable staff who allowed us to browse before approaching us. They then Gave us a full description of how the store was laid out and left us to review pointing out the products they thought best for our needs

The customer assistant was well mannered help in every way he could. Helped carrying the mattress out and put in my car for me

Sales advisor Tim in Caerphilly branch was friendly and knew exactly when I explained to him what we needed for a good nights sleep.

Was greeted by Tim at Caerphilly. He left us to look around, before approaching us to explain the store layout and to find out what we were looking for and how long we had had our previous mattress. Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff, was even offered a cup of tea, which was lovely. Will definitely shop at the store again, and will definitely look for Tim.

Dave, at Caerphilly branch, was extremely helpful and kind. He helped us find our exact bed and the service in doing so was incredible!

The assistant was excellent. He spent time listening to what I was looking for and showed and discussed with me all the options available. Although prices were slightly more than other stores I went back a few days later to purchase a bed . This was as a direct result of the customer service received on my first visit.
