Great attention from store manager who clearly defined the store layout before giving us as much info as we could possibly need. Steve was never pushy, always polite and was patient with our ever changing demands. There was a great vibe in the store because the staff were very nice. The word I would use is honest.

Service very good

The gentleman, Richard, didn't come on too strong where other sales people can be, he chatted to us about our options and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very knowledgable able to offer further assistance

Time showed us all the mattresses that he thought suited our needs

The customer service of Dave and Richard in the store was second to none, friendly, informative and professional a credit to your company which made the difference in us buying a bed at the store as we did have other options elsewhere with the budget we had Dave got us the best deal on the bed we wanted, also the range of beds was impressive, I think anyone would struggle to find another company with a better range and layout,,,,,fab.

I found the shop well laid out and clean and presentable. all advertisements very clear, I could not find any problems as such. I have just left Hospital but could still get around even being in a wheel chair.

We knew what we wanted and the assistant showed us our options immediately. We were given all the info we needed and then allowed time to review the options and decide what we wanted. We went for a storage bed base but because the prices were so good we actually bought the storage bed base, another full bed and 2 tempur pillows. the experience throughout was good and quick which was what we wanted.

The member of staff, Tim, who assisted us was very friendly, approachable and knowledgable. He made the whole experience very simple and quick.
