Dreams - Caerphilly

I was asked if I needed any help as soon as I entered the store. As I was unsure of what I wanted, I was shown many different types of beds by the sales assistant and given lots of information about the different types of mattresses and bases. I did not feel at all pressured into buying and was left alone for a while to take another look around the store. I was offered a drink (as I was waiting for my husband to meet me) which was very kind of tha assistant. I will certainly return to Dreams store Caerphilly again and recommend it to anyone I know who is looking to buy a new bed. A special mention for Richard who took the time to show me all the beds in the range I was looking for and for being very patient! Thank you.

The gentleman serving us couldn't of been more helpful if he tried. He helped us figure out what was the best product for me.

The store advisor was Tim, Tim made us very welcome from the start. There was no pressure and Tim listened to every detail of our complex requirements due to health issue we both have. Tims knowledge of the products available was impressive to say the least. We spent over an hour and a half trying every type of bed in the store with Tims assistance untill we found the best fit for both my wife and I. Time also provided the a selection of pillows for us to sample stating the right pillow was as important as the right mattress. The whole experience form entering the store to purchasing the product was completely focused on our needs. It was a very satisfying experience.

We were greeted by David upon entering the store. H eallowed us a couple of minutes to look around then asked if we required any assistance. He was able to direct us to the bed we required, as we already had an idea what style we wanted. here was no hard sell and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Richard, the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to help and advise as requested without being forceful or overbearing. We originally entered the store with the intention to only price the products and compare prices elsewhere but were impressed with the choice, quality and price of goods on display and with the help and advice given by Richard were more than happy to make a purchase there and then. Furthermore we were only planning on buying a bed but purchased a bed and dresser which we liked.

We were greeted immediately on arrival and asked if we needed assistance. He wasn't pushy but let us look around then came back shortly after and asked if he could help. He had great product knowledge & was very informative.

Tim the salesman acknowledged us as we walked in and let us wander at our own pace and then came and asked what we were looking for and narrowed down the choices for what we wanted. Spent a fair amount of time explaining the various options and allowed us as much time as we wanted trying each mattress. Explained the 40day guarantee which is great given this is rather a costly purchase and if it is not right for us then we can exchange it later. Offered a drink and checked on a delivery date even before we had made up our minds. All in all a good professional, non pushy sales job. Thank you.

The products available were satisfactory and the assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and understood our needs. He spent considerable time making sure our requirements were met to our satisfaction
