We received excellent service at Dreams. We were greeted by a very friendly, warm salesman, named Richard. We were shown around and all aspects of each particular mattress was fully explained to us. We were able to try out individual mattresses and also left to explore further without any hassle. We were also offered tea and coffee, which we accepted gratefully. The whole atmosphere within the store was very pleasant and professional. We found the item that we required within a very short space of time and were happy to take the valued advice of Richard to purchase a Gell Mattress.
