I had already checked out Dreams on line so had a rough idea of what to expect.When we arrived Steve asked did we need any help.I told him what I'd looked at on line ,he explained that particular item only available on line .We then discussed what I was looking for .Steve then showed us the display with the mattress cross sections in, explained how they worked in relation to supporting you while you slept .He then got us to look at some mattresses ,tried out a couple ,decided which was most comfortable and bought it .We also bought some pillows which we took away with us ,my husband thinks they're great.The mattress will be delivered Tuesday,can't wait .We have also arranged for our old mattress to be recycled,Steve was knowledgable but not pushy as a result buying from you was " a dream ".Thank you and a big thank you to Steve .

Great assistance given did not feel harassed to purchase

The store is very well presented both outside and in. The staff are professional and polite and courteous. All the products we wished to look at were available and there was a very broad range of both products and prices.

Welcomed in to the store. It wasn't hasseled as I would have turn around and left. Given lots of advice about the product we was looking for (mattress only) Offered a cuppa tea Very friendly staff This was are 2nd revisit to look at the mattresses before making up our mind on the purchase. The sales staff didn't fight over the sales as the same member of staff helped us even though he was busy with another customer it the time and another helped us until Daviid was available. Well done & thanks David for your advice and help today.

The sales assistant Tim was lovely, as I walked into the store he did not pester or bother me at all. He welcomed me to the dreams store gave his name and Allowed me to look for myself before I went back to him explaining what I was looking for. His polite manner and professionalism was most appreciated and I did not feel under any pressure to buy a certain type of mattress, often with stores I find they will guide u towards the most expensive items which often are not what I have in mind. As I explained the mattress was for my 3 year old little boy the selection of mattresses I was shown was all appropriate and I am grateful for the time and curitiouse manner that Tim took with me while I made a decision.
