Dee was so helpful and showed great product knowledge. She was pleasant and professional, nothing was too much trouble and could not be faulted in any respect. I really enjoyed my visit to the Caerphilly store.,although my daughter had to almost drag me there I am so glad now that she insisted. I am enjoying my new bed.

Upon entering the store we were welcomed by Derry who asked what we were looking for and then offering to show us to the part of the store where headboards were available to view. We already had a headboard in mind but wanted to see it before going ahead and also to ascertain the colour we wanted. Very helpful and friendly, made our purchase nice and easy.

We were greeted by a member of staff as soon as we entered the store. He took the time to listen to us and helped us select the most appropriate item suitable for us.

As soon as we entered, your store assistant was extremely helpful as we went down specifically for the 60 percent drop dee was very helpful when I said wot I had seen online she knew straight away what i was looking for.
