The Salesperson exceeded expectations. He ensured that we tested the beds & also went to great lengths to determine our requirements. We never felt pressurised & found the advice & knowledge given a big help in us finding the right bed.

The sales assistant Tim was very good. He was friendly, understood our needs and listened to our feedback. He was not pushy at all but extremely good at finding the right bed for our needs. At no point did he make us feel like we were being difficult and it felt like he had all the time in the world to help us find the bed of our dreams! It felt like we were just having a friendly chat rather than being sold to. He did also recommend additional services and products. Again this was done in a friendly manner and he was absolutely fine that we did not take on all the additional items suggested. I was very satisfied with his product knowledge. He was personable and was telling us about his own bed which made me confident in buying the bed he finally recommended.

was greeted as soon as i entered the store, not pushy , just offering any help i needed. i was with a friend who was after a bed and mattress, not me, i bought a much needed new mattress too. was offered a cup of tea within a few minutes of entering the store, nice too. friendly staff who had the time to help me as i wasnt there for myself . still ended up with a mattress though. not going shopping with my mates wife again!

The sales Assistant Tim was both courteous and attentive. He listened to our wish-list and allowed us to browse without looking over our shoulders but stayed close enough that if we had any queries he could answer them. The store was very clean and there was a great array of different beds to chose from. I am very pleased with our purchase and fully intend on purchasing further beds from dreams in the future (this was our 3rd purchase).

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff, found everything I wanted and talked me through what sort of bed was right for my needs. Would not hesitate to recommend this store and would shop here again without hesitation.
