David served us and helped us select the right product at the right price. He gave very informed and sensible advice....nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent customer service by David in the Caerphilly store. He was really helpful with myself and my 90 year old grandmother who also purchased a mattress at the same time off the back of David's excellent service.

We were approched by staff member with politeness and knowledge regarding what we needed. He was very friendly and most helpful. It was nice to have such good staff that take time and care with the customer. Would definitely come back . Fingers crossed delivery will go as good.
