We entered the dreams store in Caerphilly without much knowledge of the type of bed we wanted. We had limited space in our bedroom and needed a double bed to fit. The gentleman, Richard, who helped us was fantastic. He showed us a range of beds and measured each frame individually to see if it met our requirements. He explained the various options available to us and was unbelievably helpful. We had our 4 year old daughter with us and he provided colouring to keep her occupied and made sure she was included in conversations. We were also offered tea / coffee whilst making our choices. When processing the order Richard's professionalism was outstanding and again he remained courteous and most helpful. We were highly satisfied with our visit to the store and will most definitely be returning when the time comes to purchase a new bed for our daughter.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The store was attractive and spacious and the products displayed well. There was ample time given by staff member - Richard, to discuss concerns, when making a decision regarding the purchase. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the service, very efficient.

Explained all the options and took us to look at end of line products as well. Offered us a refreshment also. Impressed with the buy and exchange within 30 days if not satisfied. 2 hour delivery slot also impressive. Rang first thing in the morning to give me my time and arrived 20 minutes after the start of the slot.

I was helped during all stages of the experience, considerate, knowledgeable, and genuine were the qualities I found from the salesman, nothing was too much trouble.
