I was very happy with service I was provided with at dreams, Richard your team member was very friendly and helpful guy who told us everything we needed to know about the bed and mattress that we purchased I would definitely return to this store in future if I need to purchase a bed again. The sales staff could not have been more helpful without being in your face annoying. I appreciate it is a hard balance but they seem to have it just right!

Brought items I wanted in sort time with help and advice of sales person

The member of staff spent enough time to explain the differences between products but did not pressurise into making a decision. His knowledge of products and additional services was appropriate for our product selection. We were given the opportunity to look at other products if required but considering we had already done some online research this was not required and therefore not enforced

I was undecided which items I would purchase after reviewing the items on your website and decided to visit my local store to obtain further information on the products and also to try the differences between the Tempur mattresses and Tempur pillow. I was also recommended to attend the store by one of my brothers who had also purchased a Tempur mattress and pillows from the same store in the past few months. Richard, the assistant who helped me, was very knowledgeable and helped me to make a decision but did not pressure me in any way to purchase any specific items, regardless of the price.

Great customer service

my mum was looking for a bed that would help my dad to be able to get in and out with a bit of help,richard showed us the adjustable beds which my mum was very pleased with and purchased.he was very helpful and even helped us to the car with pillows and bedding purchased.we were very satisfied with the service we received.

No pressure from the sales assistant. Showed us the system of colour coding recommended the best mattress for us, allowed us to test each particular mattress and we made our choise as to the cost and comfort of mattress and pillows. We were very impressed with his knowledge and his attitude to us both.
