Greeted on entrance . Directed to sleep machine. Results were explained. No pressure to increase my budget .made aware of offers

The salesperson called Dee at the Caerphilly branch was brilliant, she was extremely patient and understanding and lovely with us and as well as entertaining my daughter, nothing was too much bother and she even went above and beyond to get us a great deal, we left very happy and I’d like to recommend Dee gets some special recognition for this please, she was fantastic.

The young lady spent a lot of time with us discussing the various merits of different types of beds, mattresses and pillows. Showed us various examples of the different sizes available and made positive or if required less positive comments on your choices of bed size, and bed type. The manager was available when we were considering our purchase and helped us make our decision to purchase

The knowledge of the salesperson was great, he advised us on products and our needs. He was kind towards and involved our 9 year old daughter into the conversations where and when he could. Even she said when it’s time for her to have a new bed could we come and see this salesman again.

The man who helped us was very knowledgable understood our budget and helped us find the best mattress for us. He even gave us some complimentary pillows and protectors to go with it and knocked some money off the bed. He was extremely friendly and made us feel really good about our purchase

The assistance of a member of staff,(Alun), who was very knowledgeable, was reassuring. His kindness and helpfulness was much appreciated. Also the Manager was very helpful.
