Sales assistant listened to our questions, gave an informed response and helped us to order a bed and mattress.

We shopped at your Caerphilly branch, the assistant Tim that helped was very good he made us a coffee so we could have a little think before committing to spending a lot of money. Would definitely recommend this store.

My wife uses a wheelchair, getting around the store was straightforward and the salesperson who dealt with us was helpful and extremely patient when we moved from display to display being shown the options available relating to bed height permutations with differing frames / bases and mattresses. Overall, no pressure put on us to purchase but good advice given throughout.

The assistant Julie very quickly understood what we required and made several suggestions that each met our needs, Julie was very informative and thorough while not being over powering and intrusive, her friendliness and general aproach was great and definitely helped in our decision to purchase today from dreams,

The salesman explained to us the different colour pillows what they meant to us, he stayed quite close to us to be on hand for any questions we might have had but also gave us space to look at our leisure. We would definitely use this store again should we need any other bed or mattresses

Whilst at Dreams we spoke with Tim who was very thorough and made sure to show us as many products as he could that fitted our needs

It was only intended to browse on this day as my husband had been suffering back/joint pains so wanted to look at what was available. I was shocked by the high cost as my last bed was purchased 10yrs ago. The shop assistant gave us a detailed explanation of the types of mattresses available and was very patient while my husband and I spent some time trying them out. I explained we did not intend making the purchase today but this did not deter him spending time with us. Eventually we both agreed on our choose mattress should we decide to purchase from dreams. We were advised of the interest free options and the shop manager also negotiated a further reduction should we purchase on the day. After careful consideration my husband and I decided with the interest free option it would be possible to meet the deposit and make the purchase. I was so impressed with the service from the assistant and manager by the time I had got to the till I had also decided to purchase the divan as my current one had seen better days.

i needed a very low bed as it was for the attic room the assistant who helped me was very knowledgeable on the products that would cater my needs

My wife had chosen this bed online and had visited this store two weeks prior to me, and I returned to the store without her knowledge to buy it as a birthday surprise. The colleague remembered my wife with just a brief description from me, as well as what bed she wanted, what size and where in the store it was located. He took me immediately to the bed and made sure I fitted the size offered (because I'm 6ft 3 and it was borderline - I feel that this was a significant amount of care that went into making sure I would be happy with the bed that I was about to purchase, /before/ I bought it). I was offered coffee and the general service was highly satisfactory and particularly swift. I was offered all the extras (pillows, blankets etc.) and made aware of special offers, but I did not feel forced into those purchases and when I explained that I did not require these I was not 'pestered' into buying the extras - this was a huge positive for me in my visit.
