We visited the Caerphilly Dreams Store 3 years ago we purchased a bed from a chap called Anthony working for you we had such a nice experience that day we returned and purchased another bed from an equally nice chap David Davies he spent nearly an hour going through a various number of options with us and it is our intention to get our next bed from your store in the near future thanks for the great service you provide.

Good knowledge about mattresses by David! Nice guy, have bought bedroom furniture from him before! Excellent customer service! Enjoying my new mattress already! Delivery guys very good- offered to wear protective covers on their shoes as they were carrying the mattress up the stairs! Will recommend Dreams for good service! !

Friendly staff especially Tim who served me. Listened to what I wanted and found the best deal to suit my budget. No sales pressure at all and even made a coffee. Didn't rush me. I have never experienced such fantastic service in any other shopping experience. Tim was super friendly and very helpful. A pleasure shopping there. Will tell all my friends and family how good.
