I was highly satisfied with my purchase due to the friendly staff members we where greeted by Tim as we walked through the door and helped us straight away by asking a series of questions and showing us a range of products which where all ideal to what I wanted making the choice a bit tough but worth it, as we where a bit tight on money Tim even helped us with the prices. the team in dreams where friendly and supportive offering us all the information we needed to understand the differences in mattresses we where even offered a cup of coffee while we explored the range that was to offer. when we finally chose a bed and mattress Tim was very open about payment methods and also showed us some additional products resulting in an additional sale and some very happy customers.

Upon entering the store we were very intrigued by one particular product. Our advisor shouted over just to say hello to us and welcome us to the store, he was very friendly. He came over to us once he saw we had finished having a little discussion and asked if he could help at all, Tim was the best advisor we have ever dealt with in various stores. He took the time to understand our needs and even made us a cup of tea each whilst we were discussing which mattress to choose. We were very satisfied and even when we sat down to sort the paperwork, we chose a delivery date but as we were talking the date had already gone to someone else, Tim dealt with this incredibly and we were given a date that was only 2 days later than the original. We are very excited about receiving our new bed and mattress and will be letting all our friends and family know about how fantastic our experience was with Dreams Caerphilly. Thank you.
