Dreams - Caerphilly

Because there is always ways to improve.If you gave all highly satisfied Dreams would be come complacent. Richard from the Caerphilly store was extremely knowledge,helpful and friendly

There is nothing wrong with the shop or the staff, you provide high quality products BUT the problem is the delivery length, no one wants to wait 13 weeks for a bed, it is ridiculous. This is something that could be improved as the customer hasn't got a choice but wait.

I was happy with the overall purchase and the manner in which the salesman dealt with me. I just never give the highest rating when filling out customer service reviews.

Was not asked of budget and was firstly taken to the most expensive mattress in store. After telling my budget, we still felt we were being pushed for a more expensive mattress. We did end up going slightly over budget but overall the service was great and really friendly

Was a bit let down once the bed i was looking for wasn’t available but this was kindly made up for by the exceptional professional warm inviting staff that was quick to find me another bed that looked very similar to the one i was looking for at the time

As I didn't wish to purchase your most expensive mattress the salesman seemed to presume I would want the cheaper pillows etc

Room for improvement. Computer system was slow and network went down when placing order which meant starting over again Unable to identify what we were looking for without help but very glad we got help to guide us

The electronic bed in ur store which helps with recommendations of what type of mattress would suit was not working also on a second visit was only then shown an alternative price match if I didnot get on with my first choice as I was torn in between a memory foam or sprung natural materials which I was used to hopefully my first choice is the one

I didn’t get a free pillow but my wife did :(

Just think the sale is misleading
