We had already said one mattress was out of our budget however this was the brand we were shown 1st and 2nd No matter that we repeatedly said it was not what we wanted.

Seems that the staff are trying to hard to be helpful and friendly. It all seems so false and unnatural they just need to be normal and themselves. Pricing seems quite high but i suppose you pay for quality. Although i did buy one i find it surprising that a memory foam pillow costs £85. If they were a little cheaper i would have got 2.

Mainly the cost

I would prefer not to have to wait for 12 weeks for delivery

In general I was satisfied or highly satisfied with all aspects of my Dream experience. Simon was more than helpful and actually talked me into odering on the spot when in fact I had only just cone in to look.

Would like a better petter price

I was satisfied but cannot say highly because I cannot compare it to any other shop

We bought a divan bed and a headboard, we were told it was £600 and on paying, it was £964. The extra £329 was for the headboard, and we felt a little blindsided as this wasn’t mentioned with the £600, e.g. ‘it’s £600 for the bed and this much for the headboard’

I was keen to take advantage of the SALE but left it all to the last minute so I was trying to navigate the website on my computer whilst trying to decide what I wanted. Your man in Wales told me I have 30 days to change my mind and was helpful almost in the extreme. I remember trying beds out in your Weybridge franchise long shut about the millennium and buying a mattress and a headboard there. About 10 years ago I bought a TEMPUR mattress which seems to have lost its support as I bottom out on it. This is why I wanted a change. Before the lockdown but in Tier 4 I went to Walton-on-Thames to test mattresses out but the store was shut. So as it was the penultimate day I phoned and was answered within 5 rings.
