Product ,though the penultimate most expensive,does not seem great quality.Time will tell.

Sleep machine was great didnt understand it till sales man showed me he friendly and had a lot of knowledge in regards to satisfaction i needed due to my illness gave me options of diffrent prices telling me about diffrent products which could be added to me

The store was very good and friendly. I rarely give highly satisfied in a survey.

Decided to purchase a display model as cheaper but had to decline 40 days return trail. After 2 nights would have consider returning bed as not as comfortable as we thought

I was satisfied with my visit to dreams and with the assistance provided by Steve. I wasn't highly satisfied only because some of the products are outside of my budget. Good products but a bit pricey.

The prices are higher than I would like

No confirmed delivery date approximately 6 weeks delivery for a bed frame is not satisfactory

There's always room for improvement

The delivery was quoted 6-8 weeks, I did bring this to the attention of the sales assistant but there was nothing he could do, I think it’s an absolutely ridiculous time to have to wait for a bed from a ‘specialist bed store’ , had that particular bed been available elsewhere & the delivery sooner thenI would have bought it elsewhere, still not happy about the wait but I wanted that particular bed which should have been in stock as it’s not one that has to be upholstered or anything similar
