Having not been to a store before found the layout a bit intimidating. I'm glad I'd looked online before hand so I knew what to ask for.

Great service

I think the prices are on the high side and therefore not competitive with other retailers - however, the availability and the service means that I was not put off generally prices could be cheaper in my opinion

The store was busy and staff were dealing with more than 1 customer at a time, this just meant it took longer than needed to make the purchase. Staff were apologetic and helpful.

Happy with service. Had returned to store as having a problem sleeping on tempur mattress purchased 6mths ago and using on our original sprung base. Ones instore have solid bases. Staff unsure if solid base is preferable to a sprung base but we decided to buy a solid base to try and improve our ability to sleep.

More expensive than I expected.

I went into the store to look around and came out buying a bed ,I was not pushed into the purchase which is good.

The service was good and the products were okay. There was not a very wide variety of products available which I can understand with it only being a small store. Some of the prices were not affordable but the finance option helped this greatly. We came in for a little look and left with a bed and mattresses

I was given a deal by the assistant Steve with which I was satisfied. Had the deal greater value I would no doubt have been Highly satisfied. However in general, but still remembering price is King, I was highly satisfied with the way we were greeted ( even offered coffee which we declined, but still impressed us. Also, which is extremely important to me, that whilst your staff were helpful and attentive, they were not pushy.

I think it was very expensive, but the service was good.
