Richard the Salesman was very friendly and informative, he took the time to understand what we wanted and there was no hard sale. He allowed us to come to a decision over what we wanted without pushing any particular product or brand on us.

i woz staisfied with my visit the employees are always friendly and welcoming... i always go to dreams bought our bed 8 yrs previous...cant wait for our new bed to be delivered on saturday

tell you if i`m satisfied with the bed and storage frame. when i get them and tried the for a week or so.

I bought my last bed at dreams which was a Simmons bed and have been highly satisfied with it. I was therefore disappointed to find you no longer sell this make. However I was talked through the process of finding the right bed with Steve who was very patient and hopefully I will be Highly Satisfied with this bed

We bought a set of pillows which were supposed to be half price. My Husband checked on line later to compare prices and he found them a lot cheaper than the half price we payed in store

Only because there was an alternative bed that I wanted but it wasn't available in the size I was looking for, apart from that, which is not the stores fault, I was highly satisfied.

Not much choice of mid range pocket spring double matresses.

The salesman was a bit pushy and wanted us to buy the 1st bed we tried, he didn't really ask us what our price range was either.

Only reason I wasn't highly satisfied is the fact we spent more than we wanted. This had nothing to do with staff. Hopefully the price we paid will be worth it. Only received our mattress today so haven't tried it yet.
