As a man I never get excited or highly satisfied about any shopping

After placing our order. I realised there were sale items upstairs, this was not pointed out when we arrived at the store. The sales rep, only seemed to want to show us the more expensive beds. However, he was polite, friendly and the order process smooth. I am happy with the bed. I would definitely buy from dreams again.

Overall the experience was excellent, Only slight negative was the prices. Seemed a little expensive.

I cannot distinguish between Satisfied and Highly satisfied. We were pleased with the service we had and as the product is not available elsewhere we are unable to compare the price.

When i looked on line after ordering I store. I found other, cheaper items on line which weren't shown to me or discussed.

Prices could be more competitive. Same/next day delivery would be a good option.

Everything went well.

I think that the prices were very expensive. I did feel that the customer service aspect was good.

Delivery time is I think quite a long time which would be my only thing I was disappointed with
