That’s an ambiguous question, it would be impossible to stock every mattress on the market in one store ergo the choice was never going to be fully satisfactory- the only choices were the mattresses chosen to be on sale by your company

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and understanding to our needs. Our experience was quick and easy to purchase what we advised to get for our needs. The product had been reduced in price and was in the store for me to have that day when my husband picked it up. We had a good experience and would definitely recommend Dreams and shop there again.

rang the store and they were very helpful in identifying the product i needed and had it in stock. Very helpful staff and welcoming in the store.

Initially the dreams colleague did not engage 100% with myself and my son although there were no other customers in store and kept walking away. Only when I started looking at the more expensive products did he begin his sales pitching and product guidance. From then on, everything whent smoothly untill the collection of the product when I was told there were none in stock when the system was showing 1. Now have to wait 9 days.
