Overheard sales person talking to colleague saying I'm going to be here for a while with this sale, if it ever happens. Had we attended earlier in the day we would have probably left the store & shopped elsewhere.

This is the second mattress i have purchased from dreams. I am always very happy with the level of customer service I receive in store. On this occasion it was the first time my husband and I had purchased a mattress together and I felt that the customer service assistant was very patient and directed us to specific mattresses appropriately. We have not recorded a highly satisfied experience because even in the sale the iterms always seem slightly expensive. Furthermore we were asked to review our experience by both the customer service assistant and the delivery crew, which ironically did not seem like good customer service to us.

We were greeted when we entered the store by a Salesman but we were not hassled in any way only offered help if we needed it. He was available to explain about a product when we asked and also to help to co-ordinate delivery to our Holiday home.
