I WAS NOT HIGHLY SATISFIED BECAUSE I BELIEVE THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE GENTLEMAN, DAVID, THAT DEALT WITH MYSELF AND MY PARTNER, HOWEVER HE DID RUSH US THROUGH THE PROCESS QUITE QUICKLY, AND HE DID NOT PRESSURE US INTO BUYING A CERTAIN TYPE OF MATTRESS.

no particular reason, staff were very help full and friendly, what I needed was quite expensive but the test of time and quality will be judge of that overall very pleased with drreams

Personally I felt the prices where high and the we were charged for delivery. However the staff where lovely and I was pleased with the 40 sleep guarantee
