Dreams - Caerphilly

Mattress was out of stock however offered batter quality for same price as needed it same day because it was for my young son. However can't say highly satisfied as single duvet was out of stock and not paying £49.99 for a duvet picked one up in asda £12

The experience within the store was great and Richard was very helpful. However, the mattress I bought is having to be swapped due to it smelling strongly of cigarette smoke.

I thought the prices were quite expensive. Also the delivery cost/old mattress removal was expensive.

Just felt the price on mattresses were expensive

I very rarely rate at the top or bottom of the scale.

I was very pleased with the service I received from salesman, Richard, at the Caerphilly store. He was informative, polite, and patient. The delivery boys - Ashley and Connor were very good and punctual. I have no complaints whatsoever with the service I received. I would visit the Store again.

Richard at the Caerphilly store was very pleasant and helpful but when we went to the desk to place the order there was a man colleague there,who I think was called Steve ,whom was extremely rude as he told Richard "not to be long with your customer (me) because an earlier customer had returned back to the store to complete his order".I actually said that he was very rude to say that to Richard but what I made of it was his usual manner,very bad I must say.Had Richard not been so nice and polite I would not have continued with my order and if the other guy had served me I wouldn't have bothered at all,would have walked out of the store

It is not a case of being unsatisfied in any way. I was hoping to spend less but I ended up spending up to what my budget was!

It was OK but I was only in there to buy replacement pillows and duvet.

The price for the items we bought was quite a bit more than I was anticipating.
