Great service from Richard in the Caerphilly branch. Thorough knowledge, very helpful and patient. Wide range of products, which with Richard’s help, we narrowed down to the mattress we wanted.

The sales assistant was excellent , very very polite , helpful and listened to what we wanted . Not pushy at all very very pleased with the gentleman

We were attended too fairly quickly as soon as we came into store. The store colleague Richard was very polite and helped us choose a suitable mattress. We didn't feel like we were an inconvenience while we tried out the different mattresses; it was like we were allowed all the time in the world, which was great

Sales people knowledgeable friendly and very helpful

I was given a friendly welcome when I entered the store. The gentleman who served me couldn't of been more helpfull. He was able to explain the differences in the mattresses that the machine had selected for me and I was not rushed or pressured to make a decision. It was a warm day and I was offered a drink more than once.I would definately recommend Dreams .

We have never visited a big known bed store before so we was very much in over our heads when we walked in. We was greated by a lovely member of staff Alan at the caerphilly store who instantly asked us if he could be of assistance which we definitely needed. We also had a very busy 2 year old with us. He took the time to listen to us and what we wanted. He was very helpful and even took the time include our little one which was fantastic! He put us in the sleep match and gave us a few different options to which we found our perfect match. Upon placing our order the time didn't take too long we was offered cold water for our wait and the manager steve managed to get us a great deal overall. The experience was second to none and would highly recommend both the quality and service of the store!

Everything was good. Except could not use my Defence Discount Card over phone.

The bed which assesed my sleeping posture, gauging whether I needed a firm/soft/hybrid mattress. The friendliness and understanding of the staff, I didn't feel pressured to buy the products on offer. I will return to this store for any future bedding products

Fantastic service by the team, took the time to look at a variety of products and were very friendly. Plus the robo-bed was super fun and very helpful in making the initial decision on what type of mattress to look for.
