I do think that some of the beds including the one I purchased are over priced

Service was excellent. Very happy with the product purchased.

Availability of the bed and delivery date. Not the fault of sales people.

Items we really wanted we would had to wait a lot longer for.

The items I wanted was not available for at least three weeks but dearer products were available within in 5 days and I feel as if i was offered things as a way of offsetting this which added to nothing ie I paid £39.00 for delivery and for bed to be put together and he is then pointing out on my invoice how it is free lol how thick does he think people are

Nothing of note really. Steve who served me was very friendly and helpful. I almost felt pressured into buying due to the short time frame of the offers. I would like to have been able to research the product before buying.

I don't think it's right that you have free delivery,which ok is good,but then have the cheek to ask for £39 to carry it upstairs,that's just daft,I was going to use the store to assemble the bed for £30,but when I was told about the extra charge I thought that's a bit harsh,

I am unhappy with the fact that I needed to pay £39.00 for delivery of the product and in addition to this another £39.00 to take away my existing mattress. I think this far too expensive as it constitutes a 1/3 of the price of the item purchased!!
