Store was a little untidy (particularly towards the back/storage area) The prices are quite high - Unfortunately for my wallet you happened to be selling THE bed my wife wanted. was a little surprised that you do not offer free delivery as standard.

I was satisfied with the service I had to place my order but when Tim was asking if the previous colleague had asked certain things he had not. I felt as though I had not been given all the correct information I should of.

The only reason we were not highly satisfied with our experience is that on billing the discount we had was not automatically applied to duvet which could have led to us being overcharged. Happily the salesman noticed and re did the paperwork correctly

The shop was quite when we first entered, spoke to two sales advisors which were both pleasant. Once we had decided to proceed with the purchase we were asked to sit down stairs to do mthe paper work with David, which was fine- It then become busy and there are only two sales desks so the mamnger Steve was pushing both of the sales advisors to hurry up with the customer, so another could sit. Though this was rather rude.

I felt a little pushed, I just wanted to browse and pick my item but the salesman continually asked me questions when I'd made it clear I just wanted to browse

My mum purchased the same item a month earlier with a higher discount. I went on her recommendation only for the item to cost £50 more than she paid last month.
