I visited the store on the Saturday where the shop assistant tried to persuade me to buy the item I was interested in offering me £25 off,I left the store to think about it,and returned 3 days later to to find there was then £100 off ,I would have felt very disappointed if I'd have made the purchase on the Saturday

I've purchased bedding at this store in the past and was very satisfied with it, but the store no longer sells bedding. I don't know where to go now to purchase these items of similar quality and price.

Item when opened at home was badly marked and had to go back to store

I had just found out I have a dust mite allergy, so I called into the local Dreams shop on the way home. I explained I had a dust mite allergy and asked what they could recommend. I was told that Dust mites could not live in a Tempura mattress. I looked at the mattresses which were very expensive, the salesman then told me there was one on offer on sale but that on sale items you waive your right to return the item if you are not satisfied. This did not worry me as I had tried the mattress in the shop and was happy it would be comfortable for me. I continually asked about the dust mite resistance as this was the key reason for me buying a Tempura mattress and both Salesman on site assured me this did not allow dust mites to live in it and that I could keep the mattress for 15 years instead of the usual 8 year recommendation. So to me this was an economic decision as renewing my mattress every few year (recommended in my leaflet from the hospital) I would quickly spend as much as I would replacing cheaper mattresses every few years compared to buying the Tempura mattress on sale. When I arrived home I researched this on the internet and found no substance to the claims
