Every aspect of my visit to the store was met with friendliness and professionalism. At every stage, I felt the adviser was really listening to my requirements and made every effort to match them whilst in addition offering sound advice and guidance that was highly valuable in helping me to decide whether to purchase or not and if so, which product was best for my needs. I was fully assisted but never felt pressurised, even the embarrassing body scan to discover the best mattress for me (something I had seen on tv and vowed never to subject myself to) became a relaxed and natural part of a process that was purely informative and not at all embarrassing, this due entirely to the calm and professional spirit in which the process was explained and offered to me by the sales adviser. Consequently, I was wholly satisfied with my selection of bed and at no point felt I was compromised on cost or quality - and delivery was promised on a date that suited me perfectly. I wish the prices for all substantial purchases could be lower but overall, I had. Alice for money snd would recommend with no hesitation whatsoever. Thank you for a very pleasant buying experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Product descriptions were clear. There was a good selection of products and a range of prices. Staff were considerate and demonstrated the different matress options.

The Dreams sales consultant approached us shortly after entering the store. He introduced himself as Alun and asked how he could help. Alun suggested we did a test, which we completed. From the results of the test Alun made several suggestions, all of which we tried using Covid regulations. Alun was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and not 'pushy' with his sales technique. We made our choice and had a great deal. We were offered cold bottled water to drink, which was very welcome. Delivery is less than a week. Totally happy with the service would return to this store and recommend.

Attentive staff & a well laid out display of product

I received great help from the staff that worked at dreams. All my need were met and I received the right information to make sure I get the best mattress for me.

I arrived at Dreams Caerphilly at 0930 and was given a warm welcome and straight to the analysing bed. Here the details were fully explained and was taken to the recommendations for trial while maintaining Covid recommendations. Unbeknown to me the store was not officially open until 1000. However there was no objection to my early arrival and Steve The Store Mngr. was happy to serve me. I came in foe a bed mattress and left having placed an order for headboard as well ! He must have done his job well as these products are not in the economically priced ranges.
