Dreams - Caerphilly

We visited a store in Caerphilly and was greeted straight away by Simon who offered us water. Explained everything how the bed pricing worked. I was after a certain bed seen a nice one but thought i would look around. After a few shops we came back to the shop and Simon assisted us again. Another colleague offered us water. We arranged to have 100% interest free. Simon was very knowledgeable and assisted us throughout. Very well spoken and polite throughout our sale.

The lady in Caerphilly store even though with a customer did not leave us standing around feeling ignored, she approached us and said would be right with us asap. Would be great to be offered a free bed topper for sofa bed rather than only if you bought insurance as i recently had bad rta and shortly after was made redundant so only had exactly price of sofa bed available and not a penny more, or a free pillow or two would have been a huge show of charity as now have to wait to purchase a month or two after sofa bed delivery, thank you for everything, a great shopping experience. David the shop assistant was very nice and helping without being intrusive, items were available apart from one, we wanted a wooden bed frame for our spare bedroom but it was out of stock. We were happy that we could order a new bed and mattress for our main bedroom though so that was helpful.

Alun was on hand every step of the way to choose the correct bed that was just right for me, and to hand pick a mattress that was just right for me. Store was clean and hygienic and social distancing measures in place at all times.

Alun, our sales assistant was very polite and kind. Another colleague gave us water (very hot that day). Very good service.
