David the shop assistant was very patient with us whilst we decided what bed and what mattress we wanted .

We were greeted by Dee who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us different mattresses and explained the benefits of each. She offered us a drink and made us feel really welcome. She was friendly and handed us over to the store manger to complete the sale and finsih the purchase. It was quick and we should have our purchase delivered on Wednesday.

We were greeted by a man named Simon, he walked us through the process, and was informative and listened to our needs and gave us options, and we ended up purchasing a new mattress.

Welcomed to the store by a gentleman named Simon, who pointed us in the direction of the items we were looking for, he advised us he would be with us shortly to give us time to wonder around first. He was true to his word no hard sell no pushing to make a sale. Simon was informative about the products and prices and helped all through the process.

Everything was professional, plenty of options and then time to lie on the mattress to fully make an informed choice
